Solution:- Let y = \cos x\cos 2x \cos 3x

y =\frac{1}{2}[2\cos 3x\cos x]\cos 2x

y =\frac{1}{2}[\cos 4x + \cos 2x]\cos 2x

y =\frac{1}{4}[2\cos 4x\cos 2x + 2\cos 2x\cos 2x]

y =\frac{1}{4}[2\cos 4x\cos 2x + 2\cos^2 2x]

y =\frac{1}{4}[\cos 6x + \cos 2x + \cos 4x + 1]

y =\frac{1}{4}[\cos 6x + \cos 4x + \cos 2x + 1]

Differentiate with respect to x

y_1 =\frac{1}{4}[-6\sin 6x - 4\sin 4x - 2\sin 2x +0]
